1. The service
https://livestream.gabrieleserpi.com (GSFlash) provides live and/or recorded viewing of events, reserved to authorized users.
2. Account and access
Access is personal. Sharing your credentials or access is prohibited. Only one active viewing session per account is allowed.
3. Permitted use and prohibitions
It is strictly prohibited to record (including screen capture), reproduce, photograph, re-transmit, download, make available or share in any form the content, the link or your access credentials. Every playback carries an identification code watermark that allows tracing the responsible account.
4. Payments and list-based access
For some events (e.g. WFD) access is granted based on a list provided by the organization. Access may be revoked in case of breach of these terms.
5. Availability
We strive for service continuity but do not guarantee the absence of technical interruptions. Some live streams are available in real time only, without replay.
6. Intellectual property and legal protection
The content is protected by copyright and belongs to GSFlash Production di Gabriele Serpi and/or the organizers and rightsholders. Unauthorized recording, sharing or distribution is a violation and may constitute a civil and criminal offense under applicable law (in Italy, Law 633/1941). GSFlash Production di Gabriele Serpi reserves the right to take legal action to protect its rights, including claiming damages and filing a criminal complaint against those responsible, identified also through the watermark code. Violation also results in immediate revocation of access.
